Discover how to be proactive, create time in your days for you and your family, and start feeling a sense of peace and accomplishment.

With productivity specialist and owner of Stride Productivity, Valerie Recore.

If you could, would you give yourself time to play with your kids or even find that elusive time for you?

Or would you continue to….

  • End each day exhausted and drained but feeling like you didn’t do enough. There’s still laundry to put away. You didn’t get to that work project you wanted to start on. And you don’t remember the last time you had an actual conversation with your partner.
  • Feel pulled in too many directions. You want to say yes to your kids when they ask you to join them on the swings. But you have work emails to respond to, dinner to figure out, and a piece of paper you need to find and sign for your son’s soccer team.
  • Stay up late working on tasks. The list seems never ending and you don’t feel like you can take a break.
  • Put out fires. You’d like to get ahead. To be more proactive. But you feel like there’s no time.

You can change this when you join The Stride Method Live!

5 reasons to join…

  1. Feel pulled in too many directions? No more days of too many tasks on that list. You know what your priorities are and how to approach each day, no matter what it throws at you.
  2. Think there’s not enough time to do it all? Create time to spend with your family and on yourself. Watch a movie? Yes please! Spend a weekend away with friends? Heck yes! Know things are getting done and create time for fun too.
  3. Grumbled at that work project your boss just gave you? You know how to break it down in to small steps that are achievable. You’re ahead of the game now!
  4. Tired of all the activities? You were just asked to be on the PTA. Your kids just asked to join yet another sport. You know if it fits in with your life and whether it’s a heck yes from the beginning.
  5. Life constantly throwing changes your way? You got this! You know how to evaluate what’s working and what’s not and shift routines and systems as needed.

It was scary to identify all the tasks on my list, but Valerie was right there to encourage me. It’s so much better to have it all documented and out of my head! Instead of running around crazy, thinking I can do the 25 things on my list in one day, I know that only having 3-5 things each day is much more doable! Working with Valerie helped me be more realistic about my time and put less pressure on myself.

Hi, I’m Valerie.

Mother of 2. Wife. Business owner. Chocolate, wine, and coffee lover. List maker and post-it note fanatic.

Here’s what I know about you.

You’re exhausted. You’re feeling pulled in too many directions. There’s too much on your plate. And you are tired of feeling this way. You desire the time to spend with your kids without thinking of all the tasks not being done. You desire to know that you’re completing your work tasks in a timely manner and that you’re home for bedtime each night.

You want something to change.

If you stick around here long enough, you’ll hear me talk a lot about dishes. It’s because they seem to be a constant in my life. Especially with the four of us home this past year and a half (me, my two daughters, and my husband). I’m so tired of emptying the dishwasher. And loading the dishwasher. And then emptying it…then loading it… and I’m not doing it alone. My husband and I trade.

Here’s a conversation we had recently:

I’m sitting at my kitchen counter chatting with my husband.

Me: I know you don’t mean this. But when the dishwasher needs to be emptied and dirty dishes sit on the counter all day, I feel like you’re waiting for me to deal with it.

(side note, this is during the pandemic and we’re both home aalllll day. And with four of us eating most of our meals at home, there are a lot of dishes).

Husband: No. I’m not thinking about dishes at all. I know one of us will deal with them closer to dinner time. I’m not expecting you to deal with it.

Me: That’s what I thought. It just feels like they’re talking to me. Telling me it’s my responsibility to take care of them, every time I walk through the kitchen.

Maybe it’s not the dishes that drive you nuts. Maybe it’s the work emails that never end. It could be the laundry. It could be any other task that you’re not doing that’s sitting there, taunting you.

I do this work because I want to help you with those tasks that are taunting you. Just like the dishes use to taunt me.

I want you to know how to tackle those tasks in a way that works for you. For you to end your days with a sense of accomplishment.

Ready to shift from overwhelm to peace and accomplishment?

This is right for you if are ready to:

  • Learn how to prioritize what to do each day. Know where to start when that list is long and everything seems urgent.
  • Be proactive! No more spinning your wheels or putting out fires every day.
  • Get your family involved! You’re a team!
  • Try new things when it comes to how you spend your days. Everyone is different and not everything works for every person. But when you try new things, change happens!

Got questions? I’ve got answers!

If I already don’t have enough time, how am I going to have time for this course?

Think about where you will be in 3 months or 6 months if you change nothing. The hole you are digging will only get deeper and you will only feel worse.

What if gifting yourself this time now gives you more time in the future? Time to relax, play with your kids, work together as a team in your household. Have a sense of control!

This pandemic has changed everything. Give yourself the time to shift change things for the better.

What do I get out of this?

You get what you put into it. I’m here to provide ideas and encouragement. I believe that when we invest in ourselves we are able to provide more to our families.

There’s a step-by-step process for you to put these ideas into practice.

You get support. Through the virtual community and the weekly calls.

And you get time back in your life. (see the question above).

I don’t need one more thing for me to do / something for me to fail at.

You can’t fail this course. If you get even one idea from these calls, you will have succeeded. Even a small change in how you spend your time or approach your to-do list will have a big impact on your days!

And it’s not one more thing for you to do. It’s something you are gifting yourself so you can be more proactive in your life.

Can’t you just give me some quick productivity hacks and call it a day?

Sure, you could find some productivity hacks and move on. But I doubt they’re going to work in the long run.

And I want you to be successful in the long run (I’m guessing you do too). The work we do in these calls ensures that you know where your time is going and that you are focusing on the right tasks. Not all the tasks. I want you to end your days feeling accomplished and at peace. Productivity hacks won’t help you with that.

When is all this happening?

Live Zoom calls are on the following dates. (I know you are tired of Zoom calls. I promise this will be worth your time!)
The first Tuesday of each month at 9AM MST
-The third Friday of each month at 10AM MST

Make no mistake…

You can continue doing things the way you are. You can say you have no time to take this online course. That you don’t want to spend time on something that isn’t your to-do list. Because that list keeps growing when you’re not looking.

But would you have read this far if you didn’t want something to change?

You don’t want to spend your days crossing tasks off your list. Life is meant to be experienced. Not boiled down to a list.

So, what happens if you do nothing now? Where will you be in 3 months, 6 months, a year? The same overwhelmed place? Or feeling like you have the time to get through the tasks that need to happen and have fun. To play games with your kids, to travel, to do all the fun things you desire?

You don’t want to look back on your life and think, wow, I sure kept up with my to-do list.

You can research productivity hacks. Find ways to get things done faster. Spend your days trying to get to inbox zero.

Or, you can

  • Start spending your days focusing on the right tasks. Getting things done that need to happen. And having time for fun and yourself.
  • Spend your evening with your family or out on a date with your partner (or even by yourself!). Feeling accomplished from the day. Feeling free from guilt!
  • Have routines and systems that move you closer to your goals and keep those daily tasks from piling up. (Groceries are ordered. Laundry is dealt with. Emails are processed.)
  • Know that your work projects are getting done on time!
  • Be proactive in your days – getting ahead of those tasks that used to pile up and cause stress. No more! You are ahead of the game now!

Are you ready?
